Zakarias A. Grafilo(violin) began his musical endeavors at the age of four. By way of the Preparatory Division of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the acclaimed San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra, Mr. Grafilo secured his early musical education, chamber music and orchestral experience. Mr. GrafiloÕs primary violin teacher was Serban Rusu. In 1999, he was appointed Concertmaster of the Stockton Symphony and two years later he was appointed Principal 2nd Violin of the Pacific Symphony Orchestra. In May of 2002, Zakarias Grafilo joined the Alexander String Quartet.
