Once your work is completed for the course, bring the form for Make-up of Incomplete to the instructor. Once the instructor has signed the form and filled in your new grade, bring it in to the SMD Office (CA 140) and leave it with the receptionist. We will then have the form signed by the Department Chair and forward it on to the Registrar.
It usually takes 3-4 weeks for a grade change to show up on your transcript.
